Ingredients
Distilled Water, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber Peel) Extract, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Extract, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract (Alcohol-Free), Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Glycerin, Org Gluconolactone (and) Sodium Benzoate (ECOCERT & Kosher Preservative), Allantoin.
Wash and pat skin dry. Keeping eyes closed, spray a fine mist of Balancing Facial Toner over face and neck.
